The Grasmere Sports & Show takes place on Bank Holiday Sunday 26th August 2018 on The Showfield in Grasmere. It's one of the longest running Lake District sports events and is now in its 168th year. Grasmere Sports features traditional sports from Cumberland & Westmorland wrestling to fell running and hound trailing.
There will also be a Terrier and Pet Dog Show, Cheshire Dogs Display Team, Adamson Military Band, Circus Juggling, Static Veteran Car Display, Under 17 Track Races, Made in Cumbria Marquee, Crafts Marquee, 90+ Trade Stands, Beer Tent, Catering and family Tug of War competition.
