All parcels sent with DPD or other providers will also receive a text (if a UK mobile number is supplied at checkout) and email the morning of delivery which will provide you with a delivery window within which your parcel should be delivered. We are happy to deliver to your work address if home delivery is not convenient.

RETURNS

The Royal Mail returns service is by First Class post and usually takes around 1 -3 working days to arrive back with us, you will be provided with a tracking number (referenced as ‘Bar Code Number’) by the Post Office counter, giving you full peace of mind. Please retain this receipt.
